• Focus on long-term value increase alongside the vision developed together with the entrepreneur
  The Fund has a duration of up to 10 years and thus providing entrepreneurs the space and time to actually convert their strategies into success – and not leaving value potential untapped because of a premature sale of the business.
• Participation of the management of the target company in the company’s capital
  According to its entrepreneurial approach, the participation of the company’s operating management in the equity capital of the respective company is important to Aheim Capital. Aheim Capital and the management pursue the same goal: an increase in the company’s value.
• No intervention in operating management
  As an entrepreneurial investor, Aheim Capital does not intervene in the operating management, but rather takes part in the realization of the joint vision through its participation in supervisory committees.
• Support of management in identifying and realising growth potential
  The management of the portfolio companies is supported through the representation of Aheim Capital’s management on the respective committees and the introduction of renowned personalities from our network.
