Aqua Vital Quell- und Mineralwasser GmbH

Funds advised by the Growth Investor Aheim Capital acquired a majority stake in Aqua Vital Quell- und Mineralwasser GmbH, based in Neuss. With some 30,000 water coolers deployed Aqua vital is one of the market leaders in Germany. The company serves exclusively business customers all over Germany and, via a subsidiary, also in Hungary. Besides the classic bottled water coolers a subsidiary of Aqua Vital offers also so-called point-of-use coolers that are linked to the water conduit, filter the water and, if desired, add carbon-dioxide. This solution allows a very cost-effective and maintenance-free supply with fresh water in almost all shops, clinical practices and offices. Since its establishment in 1999, Aqua Vital expanded its operations organically and currently employs more than 150 people.

Jürgen Linde, Managing Director und shareholder of Aqua Vital, explains: “On the basis of the new shareholder structure we are very well equipped to fully exploit the growth opportunities given in the market. As we did in the past, we will continue and further expand our business activities out of our headquarters in Neuss, close to Düsseldorf”.
