Funds advised by Aheim Capital acquired, together with the new CEO, Christoph Hanschke, and the existing management team, 100% of the shares of Remy & Geiser GmbH.

Remy & Geiser, headquartered in Anhausen, is focused on the development, production and distribution of primary pharmaceutical packaging. The company offers a broad range of packaging systems made of plastic, glass and elastomers. Customers from the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry as well as wholesale pharmacies are served. More than 50% of sales are derived from direct and indirect exports outside of Germany.
The company employs more than 220 qualified employees at three locations: Anhausen (Rhineland-Palatinate), Hinternah and Altenfeld (both Thuringia). Remy & Geiser is certified in all major export countries according to the requirements of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. Remy & Geiser has a heritage of more than one hundred years and has been growing continuously and profitable over the past years.
